Parts & Automotive Service Manager
The Parts Manager for Attica Motorsports is responsible to oversee the parts department in our off road vehicle dealership and is the primary parts sales person. Duties performed include monitoring purchasing trends, managing inventory and ordering parts and automotive supplies. At all times, the Parts Manager must ensure that inventory is properly stocked, meeting customer needs and encouraging sales while managing surplus and waste.
Previous parts experience is necessary and experience in the off road industry is a plus. Customer service, organizational and communication skills are a must. Excellent product knowledge, good administrative skills and inventory management experience are equally important along with good sales and customer service skills.
The Attica Motorsports Service Manager oversees the Service Department and is responsible for maintaining and growing a loyal clientele by assuring excellent repair work and providing excellent customer service and communication. The effective Service Manager will use their technical knowledge combined with their problem solving skills to identify repairs needed and schedule work assuring a “well oiled” functioning service department with the goals of satisfying the service concerns of all customers, ensuring that service is performed at the highest professional level, and operating a profitable service department.
