**All late riders must be registered to ride prior to 7PM
**Headlights required after 7PM and when it's dark
**Working tail lights required
**Quiet Exhaust under 90dB
 
**The Badlands Pro Shop will be closed at normal business hours**

  • What is Customer Appreciation Day?
    • It's one of our favorite days of the year! Customer appreciation day is an opportunity for the Badlands team to honor and thank all members or our awesome Badlands Nation! It’s a whole day of giving back to you, our beloved customers. We thank you for your business and loyalty by feeding you, giving away loads of free gear, offering LATE extending riding hours, and offering fun activities and games throughout the day.   • What date is Customer Appreciation Day?
    • Saturday, October 14th.
  • What time does the event start and end?
    • The park opens at 9:00 a.m. and offers extended riding the day of the event until 11:00 p.m! Come early and stay late. (Must have headlights and a quiet exhaust under 90 decibels to ride past dusk)
    • T-shirt give away is at noon in the south dunes near the Serpentine.
    • Free pulled pork dinner kicks off around 5:00p.
    • Prize giveaways start around 6:00p but guessing games and other activities are ongoing throughout the day.
  • Where does Customer Appreciation Day take place?
    • Throughout Badlands Offroad Park, 3968 N Xavier Rd, Attica, IN. Check-in is at the ProShop.
  • Do I need a vehicle to attend Customer Appreciation Day?
    • We highly recommend bringing or renting a machine (rental info below). The weather will be great for riding and enjoying the park! Paid admission will be required to enter Badlands Offroad park. You'll need to be in a machine to grab your free t-shirt also!
  • What are the age requirements?
    • All ages are welcome and will love what we have planned for the day. This is a family-friendly event!
  • Are the riding trails open during the event?
    • Absolutely! Come check-in in the morning and ride throughout the day. Have some free pulled pork for dinner (while supplies last) and check out the games and giveaways. Then get back out in the park for some extended riding until 11:00p!!!
  • Did someone say pulled pork?
    • Dinner is on us this day! Enjoy a pulled pork sammy, sides, and a drink kicking off around 5:00p. (The food shack at Badlands is open with regular hours that day)
  • How much is it to attend the event?
  • What are the prizes and freebies Badlands is giving out?
    • We'll have all kinds of gear, swag, stickers, T-shirts, and more! We'll give out $THOUSANDS$ of dollars of merch that day thanks to our generous owner and retail partners. (see partners listed below) 500 customers will get a free t-shirt!
  • Anything else I need to bring or know?
    • A photo ID is required for all event goers 18 or over. All participants must have a wristband which can be purchased at the Badlands check-in building. No alcohol is allowed in the park. Find all park regulations here https://www.badlandsoffroad.com/check-out-our--rules
  • What if I don’t have a vehicle and I want to ride that day? Can I borrow one?
  • Where is the closest lodging to make a weekend of it?
  • Can I come to the park to ride if I don’t plan to participate in the event?
    • Absolutely! All trails are open for the day.
